Living smack dab in the middle of West Virginia when the chill hits the air, your mind goes straight to getting things ready for winter. Since we live in a part of the state where public transportation is scarce we depend on our 1997 Plymouth Neon all winter long. Just like every car it needs a few things taken care of before the snow hits.
