Garden Cress, Upland Cress, Winter Cress, Curly Cress, Yellow Rocket, Pepper Grass, which is the real watercress and how does it grow? Is it an annual or a biennial? Can it be grown hydroponically?

Papalo Came to My Rescue

Papalo is a heat-tolerant, easy-to-grow herb that can be used as a substitute for cilantro to season fresh food. Seeds are now available for purchase in the US, although it is often out of stock and some vendors still limit customers to one packet per seed order.

Why Don't More People Eat Lambsquarters?

Like many other less well-known edible plants, lambsquarters is regarded by some as a noxious weed, but by others as a delicacy. I grow and consume the variety called Magenta Spreen hydroponically indoors and consider it an attractive plant as well as a tasty salad green.
