The open space and hustle and bustle make the Petsmart atmosphere quite pleasant. Plus, you get the opportunity to see a variety of interesting dog breeds and mixed breeds while you shop.
The staff at Petsmart pet stores are quite friendly and knowledgeable with a special fondness for animals of all types. Many of them have adopted abandoned and rescued dogs and cats and their concern for the welfare of animals comes through when you speak with them.

If there's one drawback to Petsmart pet stores, it is that their grooming center tends to be a bit slow and disorganized. Although they do an excellent job of grooming the animals, the wait time can be long. Maybe this is to be expected in a store with such a high volume of shoppers.
