Do you have a dog who loves FOOD? One who don’t chew but swallow all his food?
One who follow you wherever you go tailing the food at your hand? One who drool when looking at you eating?
Well if you do then congratulations! Dogs who love to eat are usually very easy to train.
Use food as a stepping stone to teach your dog to do tricks and train him/her during obedience classes. And when he does it successfully, you can reward him with treats (food) too. Soon he’ll learn that by doing a specific trick and/or by following your order, he will be rewarded with FOOD!
I have a golden retriever who hails food as his best friend. And you guessed it. He’s very easy to train. Occasionally I use treats to bribe him and it never fails!
