Time is precious. Time is gold. Time is life. Time lost can never be regained. So let us make use of our time wisely and not just let it pass by to waste.
How often do we hear people complain that they have no time to do things they want to do? A working student claimed that if only he had time, he could have finished a four-year degree course. A friend of mine said that if only he had sufficient time to study, he could have topped his class during his college days. A typing contestant remarked that he could have won the contest if only he had enough time to practice.
In most cases, the problem is not the lack of time that prevents us from doing the things we intend to do, but most often our desire is not strong enough to make us exert the necessary effort toward doing it. If we really have the burning desire and will power to act, perhaps we will find the time and opportunity to fulfill our dreams.
How many working students have succeeded in obtaining a four-year degree diploma? How many great men who, like all of us, did not have enough time, yet they were able to accomplished their projects? They may have labored for longer hours, and may have done the work piece by piece but at least they have made their dreams a reality!
