10 Ways to Have a Good Day |

It's easy to have a good day if you plan for it. |
- Prepare the night before for the next morning.
- Set the clock to wake up 15 minutes earlier than you actually need to get up. Use this time to do some cat-like stretching.
- Eat breakfast. Breakfast wakes up your brain and nourishes your body.
- Keep a family, pet, or vacation photo in your wallet or on your desk. When you are experiencing stressful moments take a few seconds to gaze at the photo. This will instantly lift your mood.
- Get organized and stay organized. Clutter leads to chaos and chaos can ruin a good day. It disrupts peaceful moments.
- Do something nice for yourself everyday.
- If at all possible, take a nap. A nap can revive your mind and restore your energy.
- Spend part of your day with your pet. If you don't have a pet, try to spend some time outside observing nature. Placing a bird feeder within your view can provide a diversion from stress if you simply pause for a few moments and watch the activity there.
- Do something nice for someone.
- Smile often.
