Many people judge their ability to manage their finances by how much money they actually receive from work and other sources in a month. It's easy to convince yourself that your government assistance or minimum wage income isn't enough to manage successfully. However, it behooves you to have an active plan for managing the income you receive no matter how much it is (Proverbs 27:23-24).
The LORD does not excuse anyone, rich or poor, from His command to know the state of income and expenses (Matthew 25:14-31) and to multiply or add to it. You will be blessed immensely when you prioritize your life to give to God through the church first, yourself second, and to expend less than your remaining income. However, when you refuse to tithe to the church and to allow affordability to dictate your purchases, you will continue to be in financial turmoil.
I have personally noted situations where He moved a person to give an item to another person which that person could not afford but had need of. This has happened numerous times when no one except God knew the person's need. The LORD is not limited in His supernatural ability to provide your material needs and desires due to a perceived lack of income or hopeless circumstances. All He requires in most instances is that you put your hand to the plow to do what He instructed in bible: tithe, give offerings, budget, eliminate debt, save, invest, etc. Then you will see the multiplication and addition of your income and assets (Luke 19:12-27) by His hand as a result of your obedience, which is faith in action?
May God bless you richly as you follow His plan!
