There are many reasons, but these are the most important. |
- By making a will, you can ensure that your hard earned money goes to the right person
- If it's in the will, there can be no arguing about your wishes, it's all there in black and white
- You can ensure that your much-loved pets can be cared for after your gone by making your arrangements known in the will
- You can ensure that any special items, such a jewellery or art can go to the person you want to receive it
- Just as important, you can ensure that people you don't want to benefit, don't get their hands on your money or goods
