It is here to bring you some fun. At least this is the idea of many young people. However, if you think a bit more about it, it will come on your mind. You need to save some money for the future. The more you think about it, the more you will realize that anything can happen to you in the future. Any amount of money will help you then. It could feed you until you find a job, or it could help you in many other ways in times of emergency. Your constant flow of money is never as constant as you think. One day and accident can happen. Your parents can be badly injured or even die.
It is possible that there will be nobody to help you. It will take some time before you get your parents money. You'll need some money to survive for a few days. However, this is only worst case scenario. That doesn't change the fact that it can happen. Many other things can happen to you. Maybe not now, but they can happen in future. So ask yourself that question. Do you really save enough of your pocket money? I bet you don't. Only a little percentage of teenagers saves some of their pocket money. Imagine that you would need some money one day. Maybe you will get lost or stuck somewhere. You will have only your credit card. How would you feel if there was no money on your bank account? You wouldn't be able to buy anything to eat and drink. Even worse is that you wouldn't be able to buy a ticket back home.
Some of you maybe still think that no such a thing can happen to you. I'll use another example for you. What if you want something little more expensive, something you couldn't afford to buy from your pocket money? Wouldn't it be much easier if you have saved some money before? I'll answer that for you. Yes it would be much easier. The thing you want could be sold out or could get more expensive. If you had some saved money, there would be no problem. So, ask yourself again. Do you save enough of your pocket money? If not, then you need to start thinking. You need to find out how to save some money. Extra cash can only help you. I advise you to never spend all your pocket money. You should try to save at least third or half every time you get your pocket money. Good luck with that.
