10 Great Uses for Hydrogen Peroxide |

Hydrogen peroxide is a great help around the house. |
- Use 1 pint of 3% H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) with 1 gallon of water in a humidifier or steamer. This also helps keep the bacteria down.
- Instead of bleach, use 8 oz. of 3% H2O2 with your laundry.
- Use 1oz. of 3% H2O2 in 1 quart of water for your pet's (cats and dogs) drinking water and bath.
- Rinse your mouth out for 10 MINUTES with capful of 3% H2O2. Prevents/gets rid of canker sores, and whitens teeth.
- Kills germs, salmonella, and other bacteria on counter tops
- Use a 50/50 water and 3% H2O2 to “naturally” lighten hair.
- Gets rid of mold-great for in your shower.
- Use as a vegetable wash.
- Use as aftershave.
- Use in your dish rinse water.
