It's also a good addition to your nighttime ritual making it the hideout 20 minutes before you go to bed and might even help you to sleep. There are many spa related items to choose from such as brushes, loofahs, salts, and oils. To bring a little of nature into the bathroom as well think about adding a aromatic plant or plants. If your bathroom doesn't have a whirlpool jets, then you can get a portable whirlpool jet as well as a portable foot bath to increase your relaxing as you are soaking. Lastly you can think about adding a facial streamer as well.

From the outdoors to the indoors, there is plenty off small areas to choose from to be able to create a small retreat. A small treat will help you to unwind, relax, and get rid of the stress of the day, whether it's before you or behind you.
