The same can be said for cat spray. Yikes! Again the miracle of vinegar comes to the rescue. Get as much of the mess or liquid as you can cleaned or soaked up and apply a generous amount of the vinegar- then rub dry with a clean rag to keep a fresh smelling household. Vinyl and linoleum flooring often gets those annoying black scuff marks from shoes. It can be hard to remove them while mopping so next time it happens to you hold off on the liquid route. Instead, grab an eraser and erase them from your floor. That works great!

Ammonia and water work wonders on windows.

Paraffin Oil is absolutely great to make wood floors shine.

If you have copper items in your home don't waste money on products that may or may not work. Tomato based products are a sure remedy. That means ketchup, tomato sauce/paste... or whatever product like this you have in your household.

Polishing silver unexpectedly make a person go crazy... so use baking soda and speed up the process.
