Why It Could Be Hard To Breathe:
All kinds of “stuff” in our indoor air can cause us to unknowingly breathe harder than if we were breathing really nice purified air. “Stuff” like allergens from pets or the chemical out-gassings from things like carpeting, woodwork (cabinets), upholstery, painting and even our aerosol hair sprays, etc. Of course, smoke causes heavy breathing. Mold spores flying around will result in harder breathing. Oh, and don't forget the bad bacteria that is in our air, or is on the surfaces in our home (especially door knobs and counter tops); that will not only affect our breathing but just plain make us sick physically.
My Own Physical Evidence That I'm Breathing Poor Indoor Air:
Maybe I clear my throat a lot. Is it because of the “stuff” in the air? Or maybe I snore? “Stuff” in the air could be the cause as it makes it harder to breathe when I am sleeping. Do my eyes water and itch a lot? Am I dealing with the “stuff” in the air around me? Many times, yes! Do I often have headaches? Especially headaches when at work or in my own home more than other places. Likely my indoor air is contaminated with something causing the headaches. Do I have a sore throat that never seems to end? What is in my indoor air that could cause that? Chemical out-gassings?
Ever Experience Physical Results When Breathing Fresh Air Outdoors?
When someone has been in a smokers' environment for quite awhile and then goes outdoors to the fresh air; they often will get a headache from the drastic change in the condition of the air they are now breathing. All of us have gone outside after a recent thunderstorm and experienced the freshness of the air. We feel bright and happy because we are breathing easier almost unknowingly due to the better quality of the air we are breathing. What made it so fresh? The thunder and lightening! How? They put fresh ozone, hydroxils, ionization and purifiers into the air removing the contaminants like fumes from factories and vehicles.
So, How Can I Breathe Easier in My Own Home?
Plan out a way to remove all the carpeting, upholstery, woodwork, cleaners, etc. from my home? That doesn't seem very practical in today's American lifestyle. Get an air filtering machine that somehow will attract all the air in the house (even from the back bedrooms) through it to filter out all that “stuff”? No, air is dumb. It has to be either pulled or pushed. The air in the back bedroom will not get through the air filter very often if at all.
Then how? I know, I know. Electronically generate indoors the same purifying principles that the thunder and lightening outdoors purifies the air. Is that possible? Sure! Ionization is electronically duplicate-able. Ozone in small minute amounts is electronically duplicate-able and even sanitizes the surfaces it touches. Using a UV lamp will duplicate the purifying powers that sunshine brings to our outdoor air. Imagine all these purifying principles and more being produced by one electronic air purifier that covers up to 3,000 square feet indoors and even sanitizes ductwork systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Realize this purifier only needs a 10-15 minute cleaning every month. No expensive replacement filters needed every 3 to 6 months. Now....I'm breathing easier in my own home year in and year out.
