I've been asked this question a number of times and I thought it would be good to share some of the reliable money making opportunities in Singapore. Note: The sites I recommend here aren't scams. They do really give you money for taking part in surveys or reading paid emails.
If the site wants u to fork out cash so that you can take surveys or earn more money from the system, DON'T. They want your cash upfront, usually USD$50, and in return they give you the promise of earning some stupidly huge sum of money. If it was that easy, don't you think most front desk officers and receptionists would be millionaires by now?

Yup, this e-marketing service is available in Singapore. Check out emailcashpro.com for details. Thus far I've made only SGD$0.04 but there's a potential to earn more from referrals, so rope in your friends and see if you can make some money.
How about taking some online surveys?
If you catch all the latest movies, shouldn't u take part in the paid surveys they conduct to test their marketing campaigns? I'd recommend signing up with ciao-survey.com So far I've made AUD$5 from this service.
The thing about Online Surveys and Paid Emails is that you gotta sign up with a lot so that u can generate enough income.
