Follow home remedies: I always under estimated the power of home remedies. After I became a mother, i learned how useful and effective were the home remedies for cold, cough and injuries.
Never be discouraged by criticisms. Take an extra step and learn how to stop others from criticizing you.
Multitasking: As a mother, there are many chores to be done the entire day. Think and see if some things could be done together to find time for rest or for yourself. Example: Singing and talking to your child while cutting veggies or while folding the laundry.
Make a list of things to be done: Everyday there may be many things to be done. Make a list and try to follow the list.
Rest your legs and back: Doing all the household chores added to parenting
can make the legs tiring and painful. Avoid standing too long. Take breaks, keep legs straight with a cushion at the back and relax.
Cleaning: With Children, house may always get messed up. Being patient and cleaning all the time may be hard. But doing it once or twice a day is essential for the health of the baby.
