It would only be of good thought if parents that are expecting to see a change in their child turn out to show the children example in their own character. In other words what I am trying to say it that leading by example is one of the most important features a parent should work on so as to show their children what the gains of a god behavior is. This is because we know that a rude father would only be telling his children that it is always wise to be rude and a gentle father would have the guts to tell his children the gains of being a humble person.
For any parents to make an impact in the life of their children, working on their behavior is an important factor. It is only when a parents lead by example would they be able to tell their children the consequences of misbehaving and the children can rely on their parents judgment.
When you are talking to your child, it would only be wise if you should use a low, soft tone. Because using a harsh tone on them would be very frustrating and would only end up making them very unhappy, then the correction that you intend giving would now be causing more harm. You have to deal with this because dealing with young minds needs gentleness, care, love, and tolerance.
Moreover, we have to talk about parents that are known with hot-tempered self. You would have to work on that attitude so as not to build a big wall between you and your child. You have to make them feel loved and secure. Why not try using humor in passing a message to them, I can tell you; this is one of the best and fasted ways to pass a message to a child that he or she would never forget in a hurry.
When relating with your child, try to be as positive as you can. Try to always make your children believe in themselves. Make them to be as independence as possible. In addition, always try to let them know that your corrections for their own best interest, but before expected better results would be possible, always remember that you have to lead by example.
