not spend a lot of money doing it.
Kids are always full of energy. Some of the energy is silent, some is very visible and some is uncontrollable. Your job is to gain the child's interest fast and make it fun at the same time.
All kids love to play. Remember that, all kids love to play. The best thing to do is take them outside for some catch. Grab a ball, a football, handball, or any ball that is not too hard and start to play catch with them. As they get better catching, back up a little bit and give them an occasional Wow!
If you don't have a yard where you live then go to a nice local park. Other people will be there and the outdoor environment will be great for you and your children.
Teach your kids how to play Frisbee. It's a fun catch game and they will love it. Take turns with 2 or 3 and throw it back and forth. You can buy one at any Rite Aid, Target or Kohl's department stores for $8 to $15. Get them to run and they will love it! Especially if they get better at it.
I always take 4 little orange cones so they can mark bases for us to run and play our own game of softball. The foam softball and bat are great and gives them a chance to have a great time outside together!
This is the most fun and quality time that you will ever spend with your children. They will look forward to being with you because they “Always remember who they had fun with”!
