Most people I have come in contact with says or has said,"I want a baby". I said it myself and I have two kids. I have an eighteen year old and a thirteen year old. I am a people watcher. Well I am about tired of watching people, it wears me out. Maybe I am to judgmental.I believe that instead of saying I want a baby people should say I want a person. These babies turn into people and there are a lot of messed up people in this world.Everyone should ask themselves do I want to put a person into this world and do I have what it takes to put a well rounded,productive person into society.If everyone asked themselves this we would have a lot less dis-functional people in this world. I believe that kids are a want and not as thought out as they should be. I want a lot of things but it does not mean I will get them. This is just my opinion but I believe fifty percent at the most are wanting children for good reasons.
That being said I also believe fifty percent are just having children because it is a want and that want is something they can control.You can want things and sometimes not control being able to get it but it is easy to have kids,therefore people are giving into the want that they can control. Have you ever wanted something so bad and when you got it, it was not as fulfilling as you thought. Has the new wore off and you begin to want something else. People want babies but that new wears off fast and they turn into kids, then teens and then adults. There are to many people in this world that have problems because of the way they were raised. How many people can say they had no problems growing up. Me personally, I have too many to list. There are always going to be problems but some have so many it is just unfair. Unfair for the rest of the world to have to deal with. So ask yourself if you feel the urge to have a baby, do I want to have a person.Maybe we should give a birth control shot to everyone in society until they pass some kind of test. That might put an end to a world of crime, dis-function, abuse and people with a lack of common sense. We should have this taught to us starting in elementary school and should not stop until graduation. Then after graduation the government can take you off off the birth control if you pass the test.
There are people that fight to keep government out of the homes but when they turn out criminals the government has to step in then.School,home and government should have to interact together. This is not about religion, that can still be your right.Children have the right to be born in functional families. If the schools got involved in the treatment of children in the home this might make the world a better place. Teachers are the ones to have the insight on the behaviors of children not being raised correctly. Maybe teachers need to be reminded of this.
So, lets stop having babies because we want them in the moment.
