- Mini heroes served in hot dog rolls are sure to make a big hit at the lunch table
- Leftover rice salad goes as a great filling for pita bread. Make extra rice next time. Toss in a table spoon of olive or corn oil and refrigerate. Add veggies, raisins, chopped mint and dressing.
