Your child is legally an adult at 18 years of age.
Your child no longer needs you to tell them what YOU were thinking for THEM. They have their own brains, Allow them to exercise them.
Your SONS should be taught and trained to be MEN before you release them to the world.
A lady is a human being, of the female gender, who conducts herself in a respectful manner. Raise ladies!
At age 40, your child no longer needs you to take the shoe, in the department store, off of the shelf, place it on the floor, and demand that they try the shoe on.
As an adult, your child does not necessarily need your approval for anything.
Your children, are not interested in you visiting their homes, where they pay the bills, and demand that they conduct their homes as they did when they lived in your home. HINT: Your home is your home. Their home is their home.
Just because your are the parent does not mean you know everything.
As adults, your children are entitled to their own personalities.
