Members are required to refrain from speaking or behaving in a manner that is disrespectful to other individuals and/or vulgar.
Prejudice Policy
Prejudice will not be tolerated in any form, be it ethnicity, gender, financial status, religion, sexual orientation, or any other reason.
Violence/Threatening Behavior Policy
Violent or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and is taken very seriously. Threatening behavior can be described as verbal or non-verbal assertive action deemed by the receiver to be threatening. All members who feel threatened in any way are urged by the staff to contact a staff member. Correspondence will be treated in a discrete manner and staff members are always willing to work to ensure the safety of members.
Weapons Policy
Weapons are absolutely never allowed at functions. License to carry does not in any way nullify this policy. Pocket knives are allowed, so long as the blade is under 3".
Drug Policy
We take drug/alcohol related offenses very seriously. If illegal substances are found, one can expect that the infraction will lead to a termination of membership along with the reporting of the incident to proper authorities.
Entertainment Policy
Entertainment is an integral part of the community. However, entertainment that is culturally offensive due to disrespect, extreme vulgarity, violence, or any other reason is unacceptable. Also all entertainment must be legal. Pirating media is a criminal offense and will be treated as such.
Please keep in mind that these are only basic policies. Any situations that arise will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Disciplinary action is up to the sole discretion of staff.
