Diaper wipes are a costly necessity for any parent of young children. Learning to make diaper wipes is easy and can save parents a lot of money. In addition, the wipes will be better for you and your baby as they will not contain chemicals that are harmful and that promote irritation and rashes.
To make these diapers:
- Select a round container that can be sealed in an airtight fashion
- Purchase a bulk supply of paper towels from a local supermarket, Sam's Club, Costco, or Wal-mart
- Purchase Creamy Baby Oil, Basic H, and Basic G. Basic H and Basic G are natural cleaners and can be purchased from Shaklee.com.
- Cut the rolls of paper towels in half with a hack saw or band saw
In a large, glass measuring cup, add the following:
- 1 tsp. Basic H
- 3-4 drops of Basic G
- 1 Tablespoon Creamy Baby Oil
- 1 ¾ cup warm water
Stir until well blended. Pour mixture over paper towels. Remove cardboard tube once the mixture dissolves into the towels. Dispense wipes from the center. Enjoy!
