Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Baking Soda
  • Vinegar
  • Measuring Cup
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Paper Towel
  • Rubber Band

Method

  1. Stir 2 Tablespoons Of Vinegar And Half A Cup Of Milk.
  2. Let The Mixture Rest For 2 Minutes. The Lumps Are Called Curds And The Other Liquid Is Whey
  3. Fold The Paper Towel And Put It On Top Of The Cup And Push It Down So It Makes A Bowl Shape.
  4. Put The Rubber Band On The Top Of The Cup.
  5. Pour The Curds And Whey Into The Cup With The Paper Towel.
  6. Wait For five minutes And See What Happens.
  7. The Whey Drains Through While The Curds Stay ON Top! Use A Spoon To Scoop Out The Curds Carefully And Put Them Between 2 Dry Paper Towels
  8. Put The Curd Into Another Cup Stir 2 Teaspoons Of Water In And Add 1 Teaspoon Of Baking Soda
  9. Carbon Dioxide Should Be Rising And You Should Here Bubble Noises. If It Does Not Look Like Glue Add More Water
