Looking for something fun to make and deadly as a shooter?Well heres how you make it:
You will need:
Toilet paper roll 
Ordinary balloon 
You will need a piece of the ballon so it will have to be popped =(
And an elastic
Instructions
Cut a piece off the balloon about enough to cover up the toilet paper roll's opening and cover the openning of the paper toilet roll. Wrap the elastic around the oppening of the weapon to hold the balloon in place. Don't make the balloon too tight closing off the roll but make it so that there is some balloon is drooling out a bit.
Once your done, your finished product should look something like a toilet paper roll with a ballooned end =D
To shoot, put any projectile inside the tube and pull it back inside the balloon end and let go. There should be a bit of a loud noise. There you have it!
