Skin homemade recipes can bring your skin the same benefits that cosmetic products for a fraction of their price.

While the base to have a beauty and healthy skin start with a diet rich in green vegetables and fruits, sleep well and take away the daily stress, it is also important take good care of our skin by cleansing, toning and hydrating at least once a day. Our skin receive multiples damages through the sun, and diverse toxins from the air. Home made products can give your skin the same benefits than cosmetic treatment from a fraction of the price.

Schedule an appointment with yourself, avoid the use of chemicals, and have an enjoyable time with this easy to make home recipes.

Moisturizing Facial Mask:

  • 1 egg.
  • 1 pack of unflavored gelatin.
  • 1 cup of natural lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil.

Blend the ingredients. Apply in face and neck. Leave up to 30 minutes.

Deep Moisture Hair Mask

Avoid the use of chemicals with this natural recipe. It works as well as an oil treatment!

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg.
  • 3 tbsp. of mayonnaise.

Directions:

  1. Blend the egg and the mayonnaise for a few minutes.
  2. Spoon the mixture on your dry hair soaking it from roots to tips. Add more to the tips of your hair if there are too dry. Bundle your hair on top of your head and secure it with a clip or cap. Leave on for 15 minutes or longer.
  3. Rinse the mixture off.
  4. Shampoo and style as usual.

 

Skin Glow with Sea Salt Scrub

  • 1/2 cup Fine sea salt or Dead sea salt.
  • 4 Tbsp. Grape seed oil or Vegetable Glycerin.
  • 1/4 cup Baking soda.
  • 5-6 Drops of essential oil.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Standing in the bathtub, wet hands and apply mixture using circular motion. Start with feet and work upwards toward the neck.

Fill bathtub with warm water. Add essential oils. Relax for at least 15 minutes to allow skin to absorb ingredients.

An Awesome Deodorant

Essential Body Oil diluted in water. Pour in a roll-on bottle and apply.

Also, you can use henna (or henna and indigo) to safely dye your hair. It won't wash out! :)
