Weird Food Art

Food art is not a new thing. People use different techniques to show their skills. Here is some weird food art made with chocolates, cakes, bread, and the like.

People choose different fields to sustain their identity. They create something new or they show different talents. Sometimes, different becomes weird. Here are a few cases of extreme food art.  

Bread Body Parts

Don’t panic looking at the above images. These are made out of dough, raisins, chocolate and cashew nuts by Kittiwat Unarrom, a Thai student in fine arts.

Toilet Cake

How crazy are people!

Chocolate Jesus

This six feet sculpture of Lord Jesus named “My Sweet Lord” was made with chocolate. This sculpture led to a major controversy when it was planned to be displayed in the Lab gallery in midtown Manhattan.

Bread Body

Sharon Baker, an artist made the model of her own body with bread. To prepare this bread, she wrapped herself in plaster and then filled it with dough. Then, the dough was baked in a huge oven.

These are all remarkable, but they lost my appetite. I think these food stuffs are not really meant for eating. Nice article though.

The bread body parts, thorax and zombie cakes look really disturbing. Are you sure those are edible? ;)

They were not really prepared to be eaten, don't they? They were prepared to let you loss your appetite. Great article though.

Interesting, but I agree. I don't think I'd eat many of them. I wouldn't be able to eat it just because I wouldn't want to ruin them :-D
