- Foods that contain more fiber cook faster
- Always use less liquid or water when cooking vegetables or fruits as they are already contended with water
- Always use microwave safe containers for cooking. If they heat up fast and is difficult to even hold them then they are not micro safe
- Do not cook everything on 100% power, as not all food needs to be cooked at such a high temperature
- It reduces the time of cooking to a 1/3rd or more when compared to conventional cooking
