I need direction with just about anything I want to BBQ. I have always thought of it as the man's job to cook outdoors but I didn't marry an outdoor chef (or indoors for that matter) This looks like something I would like to try.

These are very useful tips indeed. I stay as far away as possible from the Barbie, at least now I can sit back and do what I do best, tell my husband how to do it right! :-)
