This technique will remove about 80% of the caffeine from the tea.
- Pour boiling water over your tea bag(s).
- Press the teabag down to submerge into the water and weight it with a spoon or fork.
- Let the tea steep for 30 seconds. Discard the liquid.
- Rinse the teabag. Pour more boiling water over the teabag.
- Steep it for the recommended amount of time.
