Prepare gravy out of boiling water with ground paste of coconut, tomatoes, red chilly, cinnamon, clove, ginger, garlic. Add little salt, cut pieces of meal maker. Season it with mustard, onion and curry leaf in a little oil. Add some fringes of coriander and mint leaves. This meal maker gravy goes nice with bread, chapathy and parathas.
MEAL MAKER CHILLY FRY:
Prepare a powdery combination of chilly powder, a little salt, corn flour, red food color, Chinese salt. Mix this masala with small quantity of fresh broken egg and finally add the cut pieces of Soya meal maker. Keep aside for 10 minutes or a little more. Now the chilly mix is ready for deep frying to give tasty meal maker balls. Taste it as an evening tea time delicacy.
MEAL MAKER FRIED RICE:
Just heat oil, add cleaned, washed and dried rice and fry for a couple of minutes with onion, cinnamon, clove, bay leaves, red chillies, ginger, garlic etc. Add a little salt and sufficient hot water and cook the fried rice with the presoaked Soya meal maker. The fried rice is delicious to be served garnishing with bits of fried cashew nuts.
