Egg Foo Young
Egg foo young is a Chinese dish that consists off eggs and ham. It can also contain other things such as chicken or vegetables, depending on the order you make. Try this with brown gravy and it will be a blast!
Chicken Lo-Mein
Try this zesty dish! This dish is made with soft, fried egg noodles covered in a sauce so rich that you don't want to leave any sauce behind (can be other meat such as beef or pork). It can also be served with mushrooms, peppers, or peapods.
Hot and sour soup
This is one HOT soup! This is a spicy soup made with white pepper, vinegar, mushrooms, eggs, pork, and bamboo. When you first taste the soup you will have a burning sensation and you will just want more. Whoever made this is the best!
Chinese hot pot (fondue)
This isn't really a dish but it is a combination. You can make your own! You can add a soup base to cook the food in, add in meat, udon, and vegetables. Once they are cooked, you can eat it and make more. Be aware that cooking raw food with cooked food can take longer. Once the pot boils, you know that the food is ready. Try this with Rice, Udon and Japanese Potato!

Fried Rice
This is the most well-known dish in America! This dish consists of rice fried with a special sauce, stir fried vegetables and/or meat. Fried rice is usually served with sides such as General Chicken(see below) or another meat. You can fry rice yourself too. All you need is soy sauce, cooked rice, and eggs. Fry them all together until the eggs are done. Enjoy!

This is a delicious yet, confusing dish. The dish is originally named after General Tso. Stores can vary from Gerneral Gao to General Zuo. There are many names. This chicken dish is made with sweet-and-sour sauce, garlic, and lemons. It has a zesty taste and it is tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.
