There are numerous snacks you can eat throughout the day that are vegetarian. See how many on the list you eat yourself!
- Fresh fruit (that was a given, huh?).
- Fresh vegetable platter (another given !).
- Cheese and crackers.
- Hummus and crackers.
- Cheese Toast.
- Potato chips and dip.
- Nachos (without meat).
- Tortilla chips and Salsa.
- Cottage cheese and fruit.
- Green apples and Cheddar cheese (one of my favorites).
- Cheesy bread sticks and marinara sauce.
- Spinach and Artichoke dip.
- Peanut butter and crackers.
- Guacamole and Blue tortilla chips.
- Yogurt and Fruit.
- Deviled eggs.
This isn't even a handful of the things we can and do snack on throughout the day. A little conscious effort and you will be eating less meat a day than you would have ever believed.
