I haven't been able to drink caffeinated coffee for about 10 years and after about 4 years of drinking decaf coffee I finally lost my taste for it. I have been drinking tea for years and am just now becoming aware of it's great benefits.
I didn't know it was so easy to remove the caffeine from tea although caffeinated tea doesn't bother me.
This is a very interesting article and again, you have told me many facts I was unaware of. I am so happy when I learn from my fellow writers.
Thank you.
